Please contact us by phone for instructions for shipping the product back to our store. Please use the original packaging and send the product via a registered carrier with tracking capabilities. You are responsible for return shipping charges but will be reimbursed for the original purchase price if the product is deemed acceptable. The original shipping fee (from our store to you) is non-refundable.
