1. Please give us a call or email us before returning your item. All returns must be authorized in advance.
2. Customer is responsible for returning the product in the condition it was received. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Upon receipt, we will examine the items once we receive them and we will arrange for an exchange or issue a credit to the same credit card you used to purchase the item. We will send you a return receipt via email to confirm your refund.
Please note that after 15 days, a 20% restocking fee will be charged ($5 minimum).
